Hi everyone!
Ive been experiencing a weird sensation on the front of my neck (throat). Its as if its muscular, sort of heavy, it feels a bit puffy, but it doesnt look swollen, ive been having it for around 3 weeks.
Im in no pain with it, its not sore to touch,
Im a extremley anxious person, and i have a terrible habbit of tensing my body up an grinding my teeth, i have to wear a gum shield day and night, i was wondering if it could be my muscles were tensing up aswell??
Any ideas?
