Okay I have these circles of dead skin on my feet. On the inside of these circles is new skin. These circles are all over my feet. What could it be? They don't hurt or itch or anything. They just look weird. Does anyone know what could be the cause of these. Also skin on feet is very rough and dry if that has anything to do with it.
