HI,
i got a question about a problem i cannot find how to solve,
when i turn on my computer i hear a BEEP sound and when i reaches to the windows boot-up screen (the one with the windows XP and the loading bar) it starts Beeping like a crazy SMG or something and it stops when the computer reach to the "Welcome" screen but then again when it start opening my programs on tray bar it start to beep like crazy and when i move the mouse it get stuck at every beep and eventually when the programs finish loading it finishes beeping, now when i open ANY game or program that requires allot of RAM my computer gets stuck or i get a black screen and hearing beeps all the time or my pc shutdown itself and it wont turn back on until i plug the AC cable out of the computer and wait 10 seconds and plug it back in.
i tried anything to fix this:
i reinstalled my computer (DIDN'T WORKED)
i installed windows on other Hard Drive (WORKED BUT AFTER INSTALLING DRIVERS, MOTHERBOARD CD, GRAPHICS CARD DRIVERS IT STARTED HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN)
i bought a new RAM Memory (DIDN'T WORKED)
Ii bought a new Power Supply 550 Watt (DIDN'T WORKED)
as you can see non of what i tried worked...
i consulted many people about this problem, the answers i got are those:
1. my processor is damaged or dead (no way, if it had any problem it wouldn't even boot up my pc...)
2. my MAIN Hard Drive is Damaged (i'm not sure but this could be true?)
3. my Motherboard's Fan is Missing the ANTI-HEAT GLUE or something like that (when i last checked it barley had that glue)
4. my power supply unit is having problem supplying so much electricity that it shut itself down or slow itself (i have no idea but when my pc beeps i smell something burnt)
please i need help i don't know what to do... my computer is dead for almost 2 years now... PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU PEOPLE... HELP ME!!!
WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE MY PROBLEM?

Processor: Intel Pentium D 3.00GHz, 3.00GHz
GPU: Asus Nvidia EN7300GT SILENT 253MB DDR2
RAM MEMORY: 2GB OF RAM BY KINGSTON
PSU: NO IDEA WHAT COMPANY BUT 550WATT
OS: Windows XP Professional SP2
Hard Drive: 160GB Seagate
