weird noise in 96 dodge ram 1500?

so i have a dodge ram v8 5.9L. i just got the truck and i noticed a weird noise/ vibrating feeling under my feet when i hit bumps. im not sure what it could be. any ideas? also, my parking break doesnt work. i push it all the way to the floor and it clicks just fine, no pressure pushing it down. but then the peddle just comes back up after pushing it. cable seems to be it tact just fine. maybe just tighten??
 
sounds like it might be a bad or broken shock visually inspect them although to be honest it could be quite a few different things. As for the parking brake just follow the cable all the way to the connection inside the drums you will find something broken if you feel no resistance at all when you depress it there has to be something loose or broken.If it needed only adjustment you would feel it activating the brakes toward the bottom.
