Okay, I really don't remember much about this movie, but it's worth a shot. It's about a boy who *I think* drinks some potion that makes his hair grow really long maybe even turn green or something, but it won't stop growing. He can't tell his parents and I think there is another kid that knows about it, his friend. Also some governmental type people are after him. All I remember is some scene where he is in a warehouse hiding, he may have even escaped from some hospital where he was experimented on. I seem to remember he may have been in a white hospital gown.
