I feel great in the morning. im not sick at all. I dont have to eat crackers before i open my eyes. i dont have to sit up and get up slowly. i feel nothing. then about an hour later, I get hungry, eat, and then i feel nauseous. and it lasts for the rest of the day.
By night, forget it, im either throwing up, or i feel very burpy and gassy.
How can I keep myself from getting nauseous AFTER eating?
any tricks???
check, check, check, and check. im doing all those things, and i still feel sick.
