Lately my emotions have been really erratic: changing in an instant over the smallest things and being more all-consuming than usual. I'm not really sure what to make of this and its starting to make people think I'm crazy.
Here's an example: One second I'm be completely relaxed and then something as simple as homework that seems stupid makes me super pissed off. Then half an hour later I feel really giddy over seeing the guy I like and later really antsy and anxious for no real reason. Then after all that I feel really drained and depressed.
Is that normal? Can you call these "mood swings"? I don't know...but can someone tell me what to do to keep my emotions from being so insane?
