I am not new to attaching a digital projector to a laptop.. But recently I have experienced something strange. Having connected the VGA cable and pressed Fn+F4 in order to select either screen and projector or just projector, I get a fleeting projected image followed by a blue screen, no image a pause and then back to a quick view of my desk top before the cycle starts again. So my connection is intermittent and appears to following a regular cycle..
