I am a pretty healthy, not overweight, young woman and sometimes I get these weird heartbeats. It just feels like I had an extra strong heartbeat, like someone just slammed me in the chest. It happens every few days or so, there doesn't seem to be any pattern to when it happens. Sometimes it will happen once,other times it will happen a few times in a row. Is this normal? What could it be?
