Weird itching on my feets, legs, and hands?

It started out with the top of my feet now its spreading up to my knees and now I feel the itching in my hands as well.. there's no bumps from what I can see, but there's is a slight redness. It's making me really stressed (Shaking, crying, etc), but it's not like stress rashes I've had in the past. Please help!
 
It could be a number of things. You could be breaking out from something. Maybe the type of soap you use, if you switched it?... Lotion...Or, Have you been out in cold weather at all? Because I know it's been freezing lately and extremely windy if you live in a cold location, and wind burn takes place, and you get EXTREMELY itchy. It's happened to me a lot, especially with my hands, feet, and legs.. It's not a good feeling. Don't keep itching it though, because you might make it worse. Go see a doctor if your concerned about it.
