every now and then i would get this short hot sensation on the arch of my left foot. my friend told me that it could be my shoe, that maybe i pinched a nerve in my sleep and its sore from my shoe rubbing on it. that didnt make sense when i thought about it because it would get hot for five seconds when i'm sitting down. so when i got home i took my shoes and socks off, to see if it those were irritating it, but it still randomly got hot. any ideas on what it is?? should i be worried??
