...scared? first of all i want to say that i have had panic attacks since i was about 9 years old so maybe it can be part of what im feeling. when i get scared or something and i get an adrenaline rush my heart feels like it goes out of controll, i feel it like galloping or maybe even like gurgling. like 3 weird beats or something. if i stay in the panic state it keeps on going, nut if i calm down it goes back to normal. this really scares me. i went to the doctor and they put me on a 24 hour heart monitor and it came out normal. can there be something wrong there even if my 25 hour monitor came out normal? thanks
