Weird fungus on my lawn - like dog or cat vomit?

after the rain a week ago, weird patches appear on my lawn. It's cream like and white/yellow in color (more white than yellow) and about 8-10 inches in diameter. Usually one or two appears in the morning. This continued for a week now.
What is it ?
