Weird feeling in stomach?

Okay, so this is kinda hard to explain. Sometimes I will think that I feel the baby kicking, then when I try to concentrate on it to make sure, I notice that I can only feel the movement when I exhale, then if I hold my breath I don't feel any movements. So i'll do the whole breathing thing and the movement happens once again, when I exhale. It's really weird. Is this normal? Or is that even the baby moving? Or what in the world would that be?
I'm 23 weeks pregnant BTW.
Thanks!
Also, It only happens when i'm leaning forward a bit or am laying on my back.
Thanks Lisa, but it's definately not gas, it actually feels like (if you can picture this lol) a fist opening and closing inside my lower stomach and fumbling around and stretching. Doesn't hurt though, just feels weird. lol

I started to really feel my baby kick around 23 weeks... but even then I wasn't sure if it was all in my head or not. Sometimes you can feel your heartbeat through your stomach because of the blood flow to the umbilical chord. You're probably feeling a combination of kicks, and gas. In about a week or two you'll definitely be able to tell the difference.

well love if you dont like the felling you should have baged it b4 you raged it reli
or it could be that the baby is stuck in ur rib cage and struggling to get out have fun

If you are 23 weeks pregnant then yes its the baby

It probably stops moving when you hold your breath because its oxygen levels plummet
