Weird feeling in pelvic area/lower back?

So, I keep thinking this might be a UTI or something, except I have no burning sensation when I urinate or anything like that. But, lately, I have been having a tender feeling in my lower back, sometimes where my kidneys are and my pelvic area has been crampy and driving me insane. I don't know what it is, but I am afraid to have sex with my boyfriend for fear that it will hurt. Do you think it could be something sex related? I am negative for all STD's. I also feel really warm all over, not a fever, just really warm.
 
Sounds ob related like a cyst or fibroid it's hard to say but you aren't insane! How are your periods?

I was or am in the process of being diagnosed with adenoymosis
it's thickening of the uterine lining and small fibroids.
They thought I had a kidney stone at first.
