I Need Help Please

Im 15, male. Sometimes I will just randomly feel something weird in my chest area. It doesnt hurt or anything, I just kind of freeze when I feel it. It kind of feels like my heart stopped beating or somthing, but then wouldnt you have a heart attack if that happened? I dont know if its like the food in my stomache of what. Im skinny, not fat, so hopefully I don't have anything wrong, I know that doesnt always matter. Im 6"3, 145 pounds. Can someone please help me here and not tell me to go to the doctor or something. I doud that something is wrong with me, if their is something major wrong with me then im going to be pretty sad, because I want to live forever.
