weird feeling and if anyone else had this?

for the past like 5 days. i have felt full all day even when i haven't eaten anything. i just feel full and nauseous. i have been pooing like 4 or 5 times a day. and its like diarrheaish just like soft and squishy but not runny...i don't have a fever or anything i haven't puked. i have no signs of being pregnant. i have no cough.. what else could it be. cause feeling like this is really getting on my nerves.
