Weird early light period? Not pregnant?

I changed my contraceptive pill so I ran two packs together during the changeover, and on my break I had a two- day early period that lasted literally a few hours. I've taken 3 urine tests and had a blood test- it was originally for an infection but it was a general all- round check- and they all came back not pregnant, what could have caused this?
 
when you change pills your cycle gets messed up it usually can take up to 6 months for it to have a natural cycle again you got nothing to worry about its completly normal
