Weird dreams coming true..?

I dont normally dream and every now and then I have really vivid dreams that I rember as tho they were almost real... so I had a dream about a week ago that my sister was pregnant... so when i saw her for the first time in a week today i told her and I made her do a test and it was positive so I got another one and got her another positive again... Its kinda weird and freaking me out a little...

Does this happen to anyone else?

Is this normal? or could it just be that my sister and I have a strong bond or some thing?

This could indeed be a bond with your sister that is so close. I have have had a few times awake when something "came" to me. A feeling once that my nephew was in great trouble. I went looking for him all over town but couldn't find him. Turns out his sister had a bad nose bleed at school and he had ridden with her in the ambulance. The exact time I had the "feeling" he was scared. We could probably all do that more if we were more open to it.
