Weird dream what does this mean?

I had a weird dream. I woke up, but it felt like i was wasted or on bars or something. My vision was unfocused and I also couldn't talk or walk correctly. I got up and was going towards the door to get out of my room but instead I fell onto my bed, I then tried to go again only this time I fell to the floor, as I was trying to call my brother by yelling, no sound came out, I was also parylized. I then see this girl looking at me through my closet door which was cracked open a little, she them came towards me and just looked at me from like 5 feet away, just looking with her head sideways, I was scared and tried screaming, she was getting closer to me but then my voice came back.I yelled, then she left but I didnt see where to.Somehow I was thrown onto my bed, I was still parylized and my vision was still unfocused, as my vision was getting better I was normal again, i sat up and came to the computer.


Was I dreaming with my eyes open? or was this something trying to communicate with me,?
In the past year since I turned 18, things have happening.I have heard and even seen chairs move on their own and so has my sister and her boyfriend also I have heard banging on walls and dishes moving, I posted everything here a while back, I have even recorded some EVP but I stopped with all that because my grandmother told me that that could open a portal for demons and spirits or something.I later realized that I was giving it power with my fear. first of all the most important thing you need to do is not be afraid, show curiousity rather than fear. its not that demons feed off fear, but rather your mood, attracts spirits with a similar mood. which is where everybody goes wrong in seances, ouija boards and summonses, they create a scary atmosphere because its a game to them and they attract scary spirits. in actual fact you should create a positive mood, using visual aids and nice scents. when you burn insence it attracts good spirits, deterrs bad ones. it sounds like this particular spirit may have been bad, but showed curiousity rather than any intent to harm. people used to but 'tuppence' on the window sills for respect of the dead which they appreciated. we dont have tuppence these days though, at least not old pennies. usually a gift of something natural will please them and they leave you alone. flowers, metal, crystals, salt or even soil.
