I had a dream last night that I was getting surgery and in the middle my friends kept on bothering me and texting me. A few of them asked to play a game with me right in the middle of my surgery. I feel like this applies to my life because my friends always ask me for stuff while I'm busy and bother me. My friends always use me. Is this what my dream was trying to tell me? Do dreams always hold a secret message or was it just a coincidence?
