Weird dilemma dealing with headaches?

Ok, for a few days (possibly more, haven't really paid attention to it though) i've had a strange headache on the left side of my head right under the temple. Now, before you shout "STROKE!" I am not drooling or nauseous, etc, but I do have a small pimple on my left temple. I blame the pimple, but should I? What else could be the problem? :/

Also, I have a swollen lymph node under my left ear as well, probably due to my new piercing though.
Last time I checked, I can't get pregnant due to male-ness. XD
