Weird delusions- - - Is this naparoia?

I keep having these weird delusions. People are sneaking around me because they want to help me and do nice things for me, and also that I sneak around people because I want to help them and do nice things for them. Is this naparoia?

Benign neglect is not quite the same as occult altruism.
( O.K., I had to look up a couple words. My Spanish is not very good. Lately, I have been trying to get back into studying Spanish and German. Nobody in this little town speaks anything but English. Thank you for motivating me.)
