weird crop like circles on skin?

what is it called when you have: an outer ring of brown,an inner ring of purple(looks bruised) and an inflammed red pinpoint in the center? about the size of a toonie,and all over your body? Just curious as to what it's called.

Perhaps they are target skin lesions, however, I don't recall the outer rings being brown...more like red.
