2nd round of clomid 100mg

Ok, so i finished my first round of clomid on sept 6th, the dr was watching me on wed the 9th, friday the 11th and monday the 14th with no signs of follicles forming. so he gave me a progesterone sho on Monday t to make my period start within 10-12 days,
I woke up this morning and had a wet feeling.. i stood up and clear liquid was basically running down my leg (it was not urine) it was a little thicker and weird... could this be ovulation? Or what could it be.. it was very awkward...
