Weird bump on my vagina?

ok, so im pretty freaked out&&scared. i have this bump, like where my leg and vagina connect? idontknow how to explain it! im thirteen, iv started my period (if this has anything to do with it). its a weird bump that hurts, its like hard around it, and then red/purple towards the center. its squishy in the center like a bubble? im very scared, someone help me out!?):
