Weird bump/knot in my breast?

I just had twins four days ago and have been pumping so they can still have my milk with the formula the hospital is giving them. While pumping today I noticed a bump/knot on the top of my right breast. What could this be? Also, I don't know if this is because of the bump or not but I get significantly less milk from that breast than the other one.. Thank you
