Weird black line coming out of my arm!?

The other day I had this very weird experience. I was walking, ans suddenly felt this pressure, on my arm, as if someone grabbed it. I then seen this black very dark line, coming out of my arm, with a triangle thing at the end, it lasted for about 4 seconds the vanished. Right after that I felt this pressure n my arm.
