Have a guy in my office who everyone thinks is strange. He has 2 people under him and he watched every move these 2 make. I mean, watching them closely, shows up behind him and checks to see what they are doing on the computer, follows them when they go talk to someone and checks their printer to see what they printed. This guy also bugs his boss about 10 times everyday. When he doesn't see his boss in the office, he waits in the hallway to catch him. This guy gets his work done but just seems creepy. HR has been made aware of the problem and they think it's a serious lack of confidence issue. They think he is almost beyond help because it's a behaviour/personality problem What do you think?
