Weird and Random Eye Problem? Please Help?

Like just about 5 minutes ago I got this really weird problem with my eye! It started to burn, and it watered. It look like i was crying. It also looked red! I wasn't rubbing it or anything. Like if I looked normally even just for 3 seconds it would burn and water. I just put a cold water cloth over my eye and it helped a little What could have caused this? What should I do about it? My mom just thinks it was because of my eyeliner. But I wear it every day and this never happened to me before. Thank you so much.

Clean out your eye with water make your its perfectly clean and then blink every so often till its all healed up.

IM NEW I MIGHT BE GIVING YOU THE WORSE INFORMATION EVEN THAT MIGHT MAKE YOU BLIND SO I SUGGEST YOU LOOK INTO IT BEFORE YOU TRY MY IDEAS!
