Weird about baldness in my head ?

I am 25 years old male.about 10% baldness is occured in my head on front.whenever I use comb on my head about 5 to 6 hairs are falled.i am using comb about 4 per day. I am worried about if my head is completely going to baldness! My father and grand father having complete baldness. So it is family problem? will I get baldness? Or how can I prevent baldness? Please please please respond this and answer me please......thanks in advance
