the 10gb throttle cap was recently reduced to 5gb

Ah. Thanks for the update! It appears that rather than cap it at 1.4 rabps they just uncapped it. I think the thinking is that there is enough traffic that almost no one will consistently get more than 1.4rabps. I life in an area that has great signal, but very few users, due to it being on the edge of the coverage area, so I guess bonus for me, because I average 1.5-1.6 rabps!
