If i were to do 6 to 8 weeks of weights training, then took 1 week off then 6 to 8 weeks of body weight exercises then another week off then the same workouts as the 1st 6 to 8 weeks will i hit a plateau?
e.g,
Weights 6 to 8 weeks.
Rest 1 Week.
Body weight exercises 6 to 8 weeks.
Rest 1 Week.
Then Repeat, will i hit a plateau if i did that cycle about 3 times all the same workouts with varied reps
e.g,
Weights 6 to 8 weeks.
Rest 1 Week.
Body weight exercises 6 to 8 weeks.
Rest 1 Week.
