Ok, I've never taken weight training in school (in my old highschool they had that). I've heard of sets and reps and all that but i don't know what that means, at all. I mean...I thought I did? But apparently I don't lol.
So like if you're thumbing through a magazine and they're talking about various workouts for arms let's say bicep curls and it says "3 sets of 10-12 reps with 60 seconds rest between each set" what does that mean ?? Please discuss this thoroughly so I can understand because I tried googling it and it made no sense what so ever.
