Hey All:
I've been thinking a lot about nutrition lately and back pain and trying to eat the right fooRAB to lose weight (so far it's working), keep healthy and deal with the fact that my only exercise right now is walking and light stretching.
In some other threaRAB, I learned that leg/foot cramps can come from calcium or potassium deficiencies, so I started a multivitamin, which seems to help a lot. Plus I am eating bananas. What else is good for our back attacks and postponing further deterioration of our spines? Are some fooRAB more healthy for our spines than others? I know drinking a lot of water is important (but it tastes so much better with a tea bag in it
)
If anyone has some good wisdom to share, please do.
