Would it be better to do boxing and a few kicks, knees and elbows on a punching bag?
Because i realize, i get a lot more tired, in a shorter amount of time.
Than i do when i do Tabata sprinting.
So would it be better to do more work on the bag than the treadmill?
I mean, it feels like it does a better cardio work out.
