Hi all
I've been trying to trim down lately lose some weight. I'm not silly and am certainly not expecting drastic change over a short period of time, I know weight loss takes good time and patience as i have achieved it before.
I go gym 4-5 times a week, burning from 700-800 calories per session.
I'm eating healthily, no cakes sweets etc(only because i have a bad sweet tooth
)
I'm certain to the max i cannot be eating more than 2000calories.(pern day)
Gym includes: jogging/running/bike/cross trainer & weights(arms and legs)
and good stretches before and after.
Its been 4 months(since feb) and i havent lost anything! Not even half a pound :s
Though, i do feel that my shape has changed a little for the good. I have no clue why there is no weight reduction whatsoever, anyone know why??
I'm not one to quit meals at all, instead i switch for healthier options -(fruit, eggs, salads). I drink pleeeeeenty of water, im quite sure its 8 glasses daily.
I am going to be patient, and continue this kickstart and maintain it.(*hopefully to see any sort of positive result in the next 3 months*)
Does anyone have any ideas on whats wrong? (im not on no diet, like "no carbs", or weight loss pills that claim weight loss) I just prefer to lose weight through the real deal....vigorous cardio, and higher fitness levels.
Someone, anyone......advice?? Tips....reasons for why i am losing nothing? (I think i shud of lost a pound in two months :S )
(aim is to lose a stone, but im realistic so i was hoping 4-6 months, but with no weight loss at all in 4months im thinking, maybe itll take me 2 years :S haha)
Help me?
Thanks
And i am an adult and NOT trying to look anorexic or skinny, just slim
(im too much of a foodie to be skinny
haha)
I dont eat as much
around 1500-1750daily. (wrote 2000 as an ultimate max)
