I'd like to find a gym routine at my college gym which consists of numerous machines, dumbells, and bars. Id like to have a routine that one day for example does arms, the next days back, and maybe the next day shoulders. Then the fourth day is going to be overall body. I would lift on mon,tues,thurs, and friday. After each lift session i will do cardio for minmum 20 mins. I would like a list of excersises to do. Thank you!
