Week off from the gym?

Is it a good benefit? Im feeling very sick of the gym . I'm 17 i workout 5 days a week since i was 13. I do 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of lifting, and 30 minutes of ab workouts. Is it good to take a week off? Im exhausted even when i get good sleep.
