After 1 lamanectomy/Discetomy 6 Endoscopic Discetomies countless nerve burning procedures,epidurals, trigger point injections, nerve blocks and then finally 1 non pedicale fusion at L3 through S1. I actually had my first pain free day in 17 years. Now I'm not stupid I know I'll have some pain but don't know if maybe finally something worked? My right leg has returned to about 1/2 the size of the other one and hair is growing. And the best thing I am walking again. :) Maybe this new type of fusion was the answer?
 
what type of fusion was it? I'm scheduled for an xlif in a few weeks which will be my third surgery. I'm cautiously optimistic. I've been through it all as well.
 
I'm so glad you are getting some much deserved and needed relief. SounRAB like this procedure was exactly what you needed. Keep on getting better and better!

It is called an aspen spinous process. Went to work, still no pain. Maybe an ulcer. Took daughter to practice and picked up older son from practice. Full day no pills. Pretty cool
