Wedding Limo Company Bait and Switch?

We booked a limo bus for our wedding that was all decked out with leather, lights, plasma TVs, etc and I paid for it with my credit card in full. We received a confirmation/receipt showing we paid in full for the specific limo bus. Everything seemed set in place until a week before our wedding they called and told us our limo bus broke down and is no longer available. They told us the only other limo bus available isn't decked out at all, it's more like a shuttle, and it's $350 more. This seems like a total bait and switch to us. We're definitely not interested in the other limo bus and especially not for $350 more. Our wedding is only a week away and it's putting us in a bad spot because we've called 10 other local transportation services and there's not anything available on short notice.

Since we paid for the original shuttle and have a contract for the service, what are our options? I feel they should have to find something comparable or upgrade us for free to a better bus. I appreciate any advice! Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
