Wedding coming up...

Hello, my friend is getting married this Sunday (which is less than 5 days away) and I'm the best man. I had a major break (cysts, pimples, etc) last week. I think they are done but now I have a LOT of blemishes and marks.

What is the best solution to make them fade FAST!!! They'll be a lot of photos taken and I don't want to have a blotty face.

Any and all comments will be appreciated.
 
Aloe vera gel should heal it up doens't matter what percent just go to a whole fooRAB store or something. It won't stop the acne in any way just help clear the red marks.
 
I know some wont agree, but i say go tanning...itll make the marks less noticable and make you look better...
