Hi, I'm looking for a website that will encourage me to be more active with image editing.
What I'm looking for specifically is a site that will give a theme once a week (ex. "scary") and allow users to submit their artwork. The artwork could then be viewed at the end of the week, along with the top 5 submissions. (also, it would be nice if the themes were mentioned a week in advance, for preparation).
If you know of a site like this, or similar to this, please tell me.
