website builder with html?

Ok I really need help I'm trying to find a program that is a website builder but actually lets you add your own HTML codes to it also.

I have used vistaprint.com before which I loved but you can't add your own html, and also wix.com you can't either so is there any other programs out there where I can build the site on but add HTML coding too?
