Website Ad companies that allow Autorefresh-Breaking News site?

I have a news site that has a Breaking news and a lot of news feeds and I need to be able to have the site refresh every minute or two. I can't find the ad companies that allows Autorefresh of the website. and
It's is still a small site with not a lot of visitors so please keep that in mind when recommending ad companies.
