Webserver + PHP + mySQL on Windows Mobile 6?

Does anyone know if it is possible to run a fully featured webserver on a PDA running windows mobile?

I need a fully functional mySQL database, PHP capability, and basic HTTP services. Probably an FTP server aswell, to access the files remotely.

Having my old (replaced by UMPC) pocket computer run my webservices rather then an old fullblown desktop machine, would probably cut alot off of my energy bill. ;)
 
cellphones are far to damn slow for a webserver. go buy a low end desktop. they dont need much power.
