Its a bit tough to explain.
But....
I have begun designing a website and I have a test server where I can see the site. When I go onto this to see the progress a problem is showing. When I resize the browser window, it makes my website move. E.g the background for my header, will get smaller as i make the browser window smaller and other things move too. How do i get everything to just stay in position?
