I can reproduce this every time, but my 9630 on Verizon has OS 5.0.0.732. The browser is configured to enable "Support Javascript", "Terminate slow running scripts", "Show Images" and set to identify itself as "Blackberry" browser. I've cleared the cache as well. But here's the problem...
I can browse most any site that doesn't require Flash, but when I go to my personal Google site (sites.google.com/...) I can browse all the pages except for the default "Site map" link. If I click that, it displays the hour glass and shuts down the phone immediately. I have never tried to browse that link before, so I don't know if it's new to the OS build or something in my browser config.
