How would I wear a mouthguard for boxing if I have a crooked jaw? My jaw is misaligned so my bite is different. I have never worn a mouthguard for sports or even tried on a mouthguard. I want to get one for boxing but I dont know if i can wear one because my bite is misaligned. I dont know if i will be able to close my mouth while wearing a mouthguard because of my misaligned jaw/bite.Would I have to get a custom made one from the dentist? or can i just get one from the store like everyone else?
