Wearing adult diapers in jail?

I have a ticket that I haven't been able to afford to pay and I just learned that it has went into a warrent. I am pretty sure that I am going to go to jail because I don't think that I will have the money anytime soon. I wear adult diapers due to incontinence. What will happen if and when I get arrested? Will they have them first of all, will I be in a cell with a large group of people and have to change infront of them just for them to beat my ass and call me a baby. This isn't a joke this isn't some wierd fetish shit. This is real life right here and I am scared and embarresed out of my freaking mind over here!
 
It seems like they would have to provide you with whatever you need medically, but your specific situation probably depends on the security level of the jail. If they don't provide them, they may let you arrange for someone to bring them to you. As far as changing in front of others, you will probably have to. Privacy doesn't exist in jail.
 
If it is a medical condition requiring that you have adult diapers then the on staff nurse will probably supply the items to you. There is no guarantee that you wont be target of laughs while in there though. The number of people per cell varies

And i agree with the first answer, sell stuff and come up with money. But why are you waiting? Go to the courthouse or police station and turn yourself in, explain your situation, etc.
